Learn to dance classes in Canberra

We run two dance classes for ages 16+ in Canberra. Introduction to West Coast Swing starting at 7pm and our Continuing level class at 8.30pm.

Classes are held Tuesdays during school terms at the Belconnen Arts Centre. Be there @ 6:45pm to warm up for our Intro to WCS class that starts at 7:00pm sharp for one hour. Our patrons enjoy social dancing and practice between 8:00 and 8:30pm. Our Continuing level class starts at 8:30pm. Address 1. A term of WCS is the best value for money at $175 (for ten week terms). New starter special is $145. One off dance class - $25 (f/t students - $20). “ Private Lesson: $85 per person or $110 per couple per hour. Small groups of 4 people - $150. “ A private dance lesson is the ideal way to accelerate your dance.

Here is a Google Maps link to the Belconnen Arts Centre (BAC). The address is 118 Emu Bank Drive Belconnen. Parking options: there is public parking behind Conservation House (opposite the BAC). Emu Bank Drive is a well lit street and parking can be found in the restaurant area or you can park in Benjamin Way or the Belconnen Westfield Mall car park. We can escort you to your car if necessary.

Code of Conduct

Audacity has a Code of Conduct that we ask all to follow. You must also familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions. We will point these out to you when you sign up for a term or attend a casual class or social or workshop event. (The main points - dance is a physical activity and you participate at your own risk. We expect you to be courteous and respectful to everyone who attends class.)
